Hopefully this is helpful. Keep in mind this tutorial is meant to show my process and tips. It isn't meant to teach you how to use MS Paint. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I can´t find the "shrink images"

If you're using the old ms paint, it should be under image>attributes
In the newer paint, there's a little resize option right on the main toolbar.

im confused on something
i started out with a 100X100 canvas on paint.
and shrunk it to 50X50 and it isnt very pixeled it looks very bad D;..help?

Oh yeah MS paint is really bad at that. You'll have to resize it in another program or use iaza.com. Iaza has a resize thing, you just have to browse through the options. If neither of those work, you can send me the image and I'll resize it for you!

I just use Iaza.com usually. It has an animate feature. If you're looking for a specific program, you'll have to find another tutorial. I lost the old program I used to animate with so I wasn't able to include that in the tutorial.
