WIP Icons by cheepers WIP Icons by cheepers
This is just an organized jumble of the WIP images of some icons. Feel free to drag it into paint or photoshop and zoom in or whatever. That's a very helpful way to improve. Just DONT USE ANYTHING HERE FOR YOURSELF other than in a learning process please.

Hope this helps someone.

I don't start in a specific size. Sketching in a square canvas gives me anatomy problems and artblock xD I just sketch in something with plenty of space.

Ooooh ok! xDD Just asking that cuz I always draw icons on a 100x100 canvas, but when I resize it to 50x50 it gets all screwed up D': aspecially when I pixel an icon..

I find it easier to not start at a given size. If I start at like 500x500, I tend to try and fill the box as much as I can which leads to wonky anatomy. It also doesn't look as natural. But thats just me personally, I'm sure it works for some people :)
